Ann's intention is to inspire other women to make changes in their lives as she has done in hers. The focus of her speaking is her own story with particular focus on how she came to experience mental ill health and what helped her recovery and her personal growth since then. She also speaks about the evolution of her business into a career that she feels passionate about and completely fulfils her at a time in her life when others are considering retirement.
She also uses her story to describes the impact of stress on our everyday life and challenges the stigma attached. She describes how coaching can help promote a more fulfilling life for her listeners and shares some of what she has learnt from her experiences and gives some tips that can be introduced into everyday life to improve emotional health and wellbeing.
