Before anyone commits to coaching it's important to find out more about it and see if it will help you. I always offer a free telephone consultation and now I've developed a way of doing it on line.

The idea of this simple questionnaire is for you to take a look at your life and what bits of it could make a real difference to you. Please complete it and send it to me and I will look at it and respond. The initial response is likely to be in the form of questions as if we were having a conversation. The questions are intended to give me a greater understanding of how coaching will best help you but are intended to help your learning too. Then I will write to you outlining how coaching can help you, the different programmes I offer and some homework. And it's all free.

So please complete it and send it to me and my response will arrive in your inbox within a maximum of 5 working days, hopefully sooner. IT IS ENTIRELY CONFIDENTIAL.

So take about 15-30 minutes time to reflect. How fulfilled are you? (based on the wheel of life). Simply click on the number that expresses how you feel about each area of your life. There is no right or wrong, it is just how you feel. For example .. money; you may not know where your next meal is coming from but you are not worried, you feel happy about it, you may score a 5 or a 6. If you just don't know then the score is 0.

• 0 = Don't know
• 1 = very poor
• 2 = bad
• 3 = not so good
• 4 = tolerable
• 5 = OK
• 6 = excellent
