The coaching relationship creates a safe and confidential space for us to work together. Here’s some
information about how it works
We offer a free consultation so you can find out if coaching is right for you before you commit to the core package.

Our Core Coaching Package
Our core coaching programme lasts for 12 weeks with sessions every fortnight lasting for one hour. There
is homework between each session as we recognise that that’s when most of the learning happens.
Coaching can take place in a variety of ways:-
- In your home if you live within a certain distance of my home near Chester
- I have a room in my home I use for coaching
- Somewhere neutral
- I love coaching outside too
- By telephone
The package contains the following:-
- A discovery session when we agree a contract and look at what you want to achieve in the 12 weeks
- Understanding your values and how you are honouring them in your everyday life
- Developing a vision of what you want your life to look like
- Identifying the self-limiting beliefs that stop you having what you want – your saboteurs!
- Learning about choice
- Developing an action plan that you can take forward when the package comes to an end
- An evaluation session when you can decide what’s next for you: to continue in coaching, take up one of the other options On the Threshold offers or something else

- Managing stress and self-care
- Self-limiting beliefs
- Balance and choice
- Short, medium and long term goals
- Action Plan
- Celebration and evaluation
