We have tried to address the needs of each individual who is considering working with us as they look for meaning, purpose, balance, increased confidence and decreased stress. Or they may be at a crossroads uncertain which direction to turn.

We have built up four different services for you to choose from:

Individual Coaching is one to one work just involving yourself and Ann Girling. This may be face to face, on the telephone or skype or online.

Group Coaching can develop at the outset where individuals express a preference to share experiences from the beginning, or it can develop out of individual coaching as a means of ongoing support.

Womens workshops include the True Colors Personal Success Experience and a range of other short workshops including Fulfilment and Managing Stress.

Ann Girling is also a prolific public speaker and has met many of her clients as she addressed audiences in the workplace, in charities, clubs, societies and other gatherings.
